A departure cleaning fee of $90 applies to most bookings. No cleaning fee applies to guests requiring accommodation for 14 nights or more. Check in time is 2pm unless otherwise arranged. Check out time is 10am unless otherwise arranged. To help you settle into your stay, your tariff includes a complimentary starter pack. The starter pack includes teabags, coffee, sugar, laundry powder, matches, mosquito coils, dishwasher powder, dishwasher liquid, scourers, chux, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues and toilet paper. Also included in the tariff is all linen and towels that you will require during your stay. Our linen is hotel-quality laundered for your comfort. To allow you to relax even more during your stay, mid-stay servicing is available for a small cost. You can arrange for it ahead of time or with as little as a day's notice. Payment Terms: 20% deposit required within 7 days to confirm booking. Remainder due 14 days prior to commencement of booking. We will send you a receipt for your records after each payment. Approximately three to four weeks prior to your stay , we will contact you to arrange for your arrival and balance payment. Once full payment has been received, we will send you a receipt, check-in and check-out procedures, driving directions and a map of Palm Cove to use during your stay.
